This extraordinary flower cuff bracelet was created in the 1990s for Yves Saint Laurent Paris , in collaboration with Maison Goossens , the celebrated Parisian atelier renowned for crafting jewelry for haute couture houses including Chanel, Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent. The bracelet is formed as a wide, softly curved cuff with a richly textured, hammered gold-toned surface. Across the front blooms an arrangement of sculptural flowers , each individually hand-shaped from folded metal petals and finished with domed centers. The organic movement of the petals creates depth, light, and dramatic volume — a hallmark of Goossens’ artisanal metalwork. These floral cuffs were designed as runway statement pieces , worn with YSL couture collections where jewelry functioned as wearable sculpture.
